Today’s reading comes from the Elemental Oracles. We are guided to tune into and become consciously aware of our breath. Make sure we are taking time to fill our bodies with oxygen. This allows for stress to be released as well as any lower vibrational emotions. Take time to notice the sweetness in the air. Reflect on the sweetness in your own life. Breathe away all stagnant energy or ways of being and allow yourself freedom. Step into the natural free flow of air, and of breath. Feel the peace within with each inhale and release the old with each exhale. As we breathe we allow our lives and physical bodies to relax, flow, and remain flexible.
