Kari’s Elevated Goddess View of Conversations with Goddess M 12/04/16

Kari’s Elevated Goddess View of Conversations with Goddess M. “Back At
the Goddess Round Table… In The Living Labratory” 12/04/16

For most people, 2016 has been a challenging year that urged us all to
elevate our lives or fall to the wayside. We all found ourselves
making tough decisions and choices. Although some of the outcomes were
satisfying, others were not quite what we envisioned for ourselves. On
Conversations with Goddess M last Sunday night, we discussed how our
external world is a reflection of our internal consciousness, and how
we can begin to internally manage ourselves to produce satisfactory
external results.

When we’re playing the blame game, we stagnate ourselves. If we
understand that our outer world reflects our inner world, we know that
no one is responsible for our external reality except for ourselves.
Blaming others only keeps us from our own power of doing something
differently. If there has been an outcome or situation this year that
was dissatisfying, ask yourself why you created it and what lesson you
need to learn to end the cycle and elevate yourself. The only way
these dissatisfying cycles will end is when you say it will, when you
choose differently. When we take responsibility for our life, we gain
the ability to shape our life into whatever we want it to be.

We have the power to make things different. This truth can be so
contradictory to everything we were taught as children–we were taught
that our greatness is outside of us, something  we must chase after.
In order to get the career of our dreams, we were told that we have to
get a top-notch education. In order to find true love, we were told
that we have to go out and start dating. We were even taught that in
order to create a closer relationship with our higher power, we have
to use crystals or pray at a church twice a week. We cannot look
outside of ourselves for our elevation! Our external practices can
support our internal work, but our external practices by themselves
will not change our lives. The power isn’t outside of us, it’s not
something we can hustle or purchase or pursue. Just like in the Wizard
of Oz, the key to our liberation has been with us all along, just look
in the mirror.
